1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@tirol.link. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted
2. 14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy for all subscriptions and purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
- No questions asked: You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request
- Full refund: 100% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method
- 14-day window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase
3. After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund period has expired, refunds are generally not provided. However, refund requests may still be reviewed in accordance with Paddle's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Premium Plus One-Time Purchase
The Premium Plus one-time purchase (¥68,000) is also covered by our 14-day refund policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of data access. After 14 days, refund requests are subject to the same policy outlined in Section 3 above.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
